Sunset View offers newly constructed duplex-style homes, featuring four two bedroom and twenty-six three bedroom units built in 2024. Each unit includes a front porch, attached garage, and a variety of floor plans to suit different needs, with rents ranging from $900 to $1200 per month. Accessible units include ADA features such as walk-in showers, lowered countertops, widened doorways, and more. Located across from the K-12 Dodgeland Public School campus and near a childcare center, clinic, grocery store, and local employers, residents enjoy the convenience of having everything they need close to home.
